Closed Issue: Unable to start SSMS with Add-in on localized version of SQL Server [2174]

I can install the SQL 2005-version successfully on Management Studio 9.00.3042 (german version), but when I start SSMS afterwards it complains about the add-in ("invalid parameter") and offers to remove it. Has anyone seen it working on a localized version?

I have successfully installed smsallocation addin , however no menu appears. I checked the "LoadBehavior" registry key is correctly set to 1.

I installed the 0.4 add-in SQL 2005 and it seems to work accept that it only shows 5 database names but there are 10 within my test server. It lets me type in a db name but it defaults to master everytime. I can select one of the 5 and it works okay. How can I get to the other databases?

It looks for a menu called 'View', so localized versions won't work. I'll fix it for the next release.

Closed Issue: Cancelling an allocation scan

When switching databases whilst an allocation scan is running you get asked if you want to cancel current scan but then get the error.

System.InvalidOperationException: This BackgroundWorker states that it doesn't support cancellation. Modify WorkerSupportsCancellation to state that it does support cancellation.

The scan continues for the original database but the focus is now wrong.
